The 32nd Edition of the World’s Leading Trade Fair, bauma takes place in Munich from April 8–14, 2019. Once again, at the last fair held in 2016 exhibition set several new records—confirming yet again its leading role as the largest trade fair in the world.

Due to minimum stay demands by many Munich hotels for BAUMA, we are offering below a choice of 4 options.

Tour details:

Option 1 ( Minimum stay period 08 to 14 April, 6 nights)

 Superior 2 star Super 8 Munich City West Hotel. (www. wyndhamhotels.com)

Monday 8th April 2019. On arrival, after collecting your baggage at Munich Franz Joseph airport, please proceed to the exit hall where our driver will meet you and transfer you to the superior 2 star Super 8 City West Hotel. The hotel is centrally located close to Englischer Gardens and MarienPlatz. The “S” Bahn station, Munich Laim is a short walk away, then a journey time to Munich Messe  of 30 minutes, with only one change. This non smoking hotel offers early check in, flat screen tv’s and free WiFi.

 

Option 2. ( Minimum stay period, 08 to 12 April, 4 nights)

 4 star Arcadia Hotel Munich Airport (www.arcadia-hotel.de)

Monday 8th April 2019 On arrival, after collecting your baggage at Munich airport, please proceed to terminal 2, Bus Stop number 11, where you will find the hotel’s bus (current price € 5), to take you to the Arcadia Airport Hotel, located in the idyllic town of Schwaig, just 4 kms from the airport. The hotel is only a 12 minute drive to the famous Spa and brewery town of Erding. During BAUMA, Messe Munich will offer a shuttle service from and to the airport departing every 20 minutes, with a journey time 45 minutes. Current one way fare is € 9 or €15 for a return. Full details will be known early next year.

 

Option 3  ( Minimum stay period 08 to 13 April, 5 nights)

 4 star Kavun Hotel. (www.hotel-kavun.com)

Monday 8th April 2019, on arrival please proceed to the exit hall where our driver will meet you and transfer you to the 4 star Kavun Hotel opened in 2013, located in the city centre, only a 5 minute walk to the Oktoberfest grounds and main station ( Hauptbanhof), with a journey time to Messe of 30 minutes. The hotel rooms offer flat screen TV, mini bar, hairdryers, etc. and a complimentary Finnish sauna is available.

 

 Option 4   (minimum stay period  07 to 14 April, 7 nights)

 4 Star NH Hotel Munich Messe  (www.nh-hotel.com)

Sunday 7th April 2019, on arrival after collecting your baggage, please proceed to the exit hall where our driver will meet you and transfer you to the 4 star NH Hotel Munchen Messe. This 253 roomed hotel is located midway between the fairgrounds ( 5 km away) and the city centre. Driving time to Messe is only 6 minutes or 25 minutes by rail.

Super 8 City West Hotel.   €1259 per person sharing a twin bedded room and €2205.00.00 in a single room

OPTION 2    ( 08 to 12 April, 4 nights)

Arcadia Hotel Munich Airport.  €945.00 per person sharing a twin bedded room and €1712.00 in a single room.

 Option 3    (08 to 13 April, 5 nights)

4 star Kavun Hotel. € 1383.00 per person sharing a twin room and €2098.00 in a single room.

 Option 4    (07 to 14 April, 7 nights)

4 star NH Hotel Munich Messe. €2152.00 per person sharing a twin room and €4282.00 for a double room/sole use ( no singles available).

 

Tour price includes

Airport to hotel transfer on arrival ( except on Option 2)

Accommodation for 4, 5, 6 or 7 nights, depending on option chosen

Daily buffet breakfast.
